Welcome to the summer’s great musical experience!
We are delighted to announce that the programme and artists for the 2026 Chamber Music Festival are ready! The festival will take place in the beautiful surroundings of the Norwegian Maritime Museum, where music and history come together to create an unforgettable experience.
In addition to world-class concerts for adult audiences, the festival also presents a special children’s concert on 13 June, offering the whole family a joyful and inspiring musical experience.
We warmly invite both new and returning audiences to join us for what is sure to be the highlight of the summer for chamber music lovers. Let us celebrate music, togetherness, and the unique atmosphere this festival has to offer.

For pianist and Atlanta classical music fixture Julie Coucheron, the Georgian Chamber Players’ concert on Sunday, April 21, at Trinity Presbyterian was the culmination of a hectic weekend of unexpected performances. Her brother, violinist and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra concertmaster David Coucheron, called her in to substitute Thursday night as part of the ASO’s pre-concert chamber music series when cellist Daniel Laufer became unavailable.
Coucheron and Shi were perfectly blended throughout the performance. Their communication and awareness were telepathic, and they provided a bright and joyous performance of a masterpiece. The pair’s commanding yet gentle presence on stage perfectly aligned with the musical ongoings of the piece, and they deservingly received all four of their standing ovations.
